Submission of applications for participating in research and practice seminar with young German journalists is officially open.

Deadline is on November 14.

Research and practice seminar "Role of Media in the International Conflicts" will take place at Saint Petersburg State University from 21st till 30th of November. Seize the unique opportunity to combine theory and practice and to discuss topical issues with journalists from Germany!

Seminar program:

meetings with the editors and international correspondents

development of journalism project regarding participation of the media in international relations in association with a German student from Institute of Journalism ,TU-Dortmund

summary reports on mediasystems and journalistic cultures

discussions about mediacriticism and professional self-analysis

The ideal participant requirements:

good command in English

working experience in journalism

desire to discuss journalist profession

interest in the international relations

ability to participate in the activities of the workshop within 10 days (November 21-30)
